Suggested Uses

 

Duramelt  HM-555 is a hot melt adhesive used for labeling paper and PP labels to PVC, PE, PET bottles and other substrates.  This hot melt is also used for palletizing bags or boxes.

Other properties

Open time	Long
High hot tack. Transparent film, nearly colourless. FDA SATUS: All components comply with paragraph 21 CFR 175.105 of FDA legislation
Application	For use in  nozzle, wheeler, roller or other applicator system. Recommended working temperature     : 130 - 140 șC The adhesive should not be heated at temperatures above 190 șC. During extended machine stops it is recommended to switch off the heating.
Cleaning	While hot by scrapping with a spatula.  Remove any rests with Nordson cleaner or other.
